Our Pass Guarantee program

Our apps aren't meant to replace all of your other study materials, but we want you to feel confident relying on them. With effective, engaging tools and this guarantee behind them, you can focus on studying without worrying about what happens if exam day doesn't go your way.

If you prepared with one of our exam prep apps and didn't pass your exam on the first attempt, we'll extend your Premium access at no extra cost for 3 months. If you still haven't passed after that, you can request another extension, as many times as you need, until you pass.

Eligibility

To qualify for an extension, you must meet all of the following:

• You had an active Premium subscription for the app covering your exam.
• You used the app for at least 14 days before your exam date.
• You submit your request within 14 days of receiving your exam result.

Step-by-step guide

1. Email us at contact@znosnie.com with the subject "Pass Guaranteed".
2. Include the name of the app, the email or account tied to your purchase (App Store or Google Play), the date of app subscription purchase and a copy of your official exam score report showing the date and result.
3. We'll verify your eligibility and usage, then extend your Premium access, usually within a few business days.

• The Pass Guaranteed policy is an access extension, not a refund. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies.
• Extensions apply only to the app for the exam you failed and cannot be transferred to another person or another app.
• Each request needs its own official score report for a separate exam attempt.
• We may decline requests that don't meet the eligibility criteria or show signs of abuse.
• We may update this policy from time to time. Changes don't affect requests already submitted.
